By registering for an appointment with Elite Home Services, you agree to the following:
1. Payment for services is due when rendered and shall be paid no later than 10 business days from date of service.
2. Neither Elite Home Services, nor its owners, or employees, shall be liable for any special, punitive or indirect damages of any type, and the maximum liability for any engagement shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees actually paid by you or on your behalf to Elite Home Services with respect to the engagement giving rise to the liability over the months in which the liability occurred not to exceed three (3) months.
3. Any party may terminate the business relationship at any time by giving notice.
